Email White List Instructions

Your email provider does the best it can to keep email spam from you. Sometimes the systems they use mistakenly catch good mail along with the bad. If you do not see an email from Specialty Food Association Learning Center in your email inbox, our email may have been mistakenly sent to your spam folder. In this case you will need to open your spam folder (or spam software) and find the email from Specialty Food Association Learning Center or support@classroom24-7.com and mark it as "Not spam". This is commonly called "White listing" email addresses.

We have provided a list of the more common email providers and spam filtering software below. Find your provider or software you use for instructions on how to make sure you receive future emails from us.

Contact your ISP or internal IT support group for assistance if your email client or spam filter is not listed.

Gmail

If you do not see an email from support@classroom24-7.com, you may need to add our email address to your contacts list.

First check your Gmail Spam Folder:

  1. If you see an email from support@classroom24-7.com, open the email.
  2. Select the button on the toolbar labeled Not spam

Next you will need to add support@classroom24-7.com to your contacts list:

  1. Open the email from support@classroom24-7.com.
  2. Select the drop down arrow next to "Reply" in the upper right side the email from header.

  4. Select Add support@classroom24-7.com to Contacts List.
  5. If support@classroom24-7.com does not appear in the dropdown list then you may have already added support@classroom24-7.com to Contacts.

Gmail Mobile App

Open the Gmail Mobile App on your mobile device.

If you are using Gmail Tabs such as "Promotions", open your Promotions tab in Gmail.

If you do not find an email from support@classroom24-7.com, check the Spam Folder:

  1. When you find the email from support@classroom24-7.com
  2. Tap the menu icon.
  3. Select Move to.

NOTE: My Preferred Folder does not exist by default in Gmail. It is there as an example because custom folders must be created by the user.

Gmail Tabs

If you are using Gmail Tabs such as 'Promotions' and you find an email from support@classroom24-7.com in your Gmail Promotions tab, open your Promotions tab and follow these steps:

  1. Grab and drag our email to the Primary Inbox Tab.
  2. You will receive an alert like the one below.
  3. The conversation has been moved to "Primary"

    Do this for future messages from Specialty Food Association Learning Center? Yes

     
  4. Select Yes in the yellow alert box.
Yahoo icon

Yahoo! Mail

Check your Spam Folder for an email from support@classroom24-7.com and if you see an email, follow these steps:

  1. Open the email.
  2. Select the Not Spam button on the top toolbar.

To ensure delivery you can create a filter to automatically send email from support@classroom24-7.com to your Inbox by following these steps:

  1. Select the tap Gear icon in the top right navigation bar.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Choose Filters.
  4. Select Add on the Filters page.
  5. Create a name such as Whitelist in the Filter name field.
  6. In the From field leave the default contains selected.
  7. Enter Specialty Food Association Learning Center in the text box next to Contains...
  8. Choose the destination folder to which you would like the message delivered. Ttypically this would be Inbox.
  9. Select Save...
  10. Verify that get -Deliver to Inbox if From contains support@classroom24-7.com-.
  11. Select Save.
  12. You will be returned to your Yahoo! Inbox.

Check your Junk folder for email from support@classroom24-7.com.

To indicate that an email is not junk:

  1. Open your Mail app and go to the Mailboxes screen.
  2. Scroll down to the folders area.

  4. Select the Junk folder.
  5. Find the email from support@classroom24-7.com and slide it left to see options.

  7. Select More.
  8. Select Mark.

The message should be moved to your Inbox and all future email messages from support@classroom24-7.com will no longer be marked as junk.

NOTE: By default messages in your Junk folder are deleted after 30 days so be sure to check it often to whitelist relevant email.

Outlook Mobile App

To add support@classroom24-7.com to your Focused Inbox, folow these steps:

  1. Open the mobile Outlook app on your Android, Microsoft or iPhone.
  2. Open the email from support@classroom24-7.com.
  3. Select the dropdown menu Screenshot of Outlook App dropdown button.
  4. Select Move to Focused Inbox.

  6. SelectMove this and all future messages.

Now all future messages from support@classroom24-7.com will appear in your Focused Inbox.

Outlook 2003, Outlook 2016 and Outlook Office 365

To add support@classroom24-7.com to your list of "Safe senders" on Microsoft Outlook, follow these steps:

  1. Right click our email in your Inbox email list pane.
  2. Select Junk.
  3. Select Never block sender.
  4. The resulting popup will say:
    "The sender of the selected message has been added to your Safe Senders List."
  5. Select OK.

To add Specialty Food Association Learning Center to your address book:

  1. Right click on the from address.
  2. Select Add to contacts.
Inbox by Gmail icon

Inbox by Gmail

If you do not see an email from support@classroom24-7.com in one of your Inbox bundles, follow the steps below to get our email recognized.

First, check your Inbox Spam Folder or your Promotions bundle for our email:.

  1. If you have not already created a My Preferred Folder (or a folder of your choice), you may do so by clicking + Create new.
  2. Open the email from support@classroom24-7.com.
  3. Select the Screenshot of Inbox by Gmail icon icon.
  4. Add support@classroom24-7.com to your My Preferred Folder.

Outlook.com

Outlook.com was previously called "Hotmail", "Live", "Windows Live" and "MSN". Note that simply entering the email contact in your address book or contacts does not whitelists the sender. To get email received from support@classroom24-7.com moved from your Junk folder, follow these steps:

Select the Wait it's safe link if you find emails incorrectly identified as spam.

  1. Select the Junk folder.
  2. Open the email from support@classroom24-7.com.
  3. Select "Wait it's safe".

To manually add to us to your Safe List, follow these steps:

  1. Select the gear the icon on the top right of the screen.
  2. Select Options.
  3. On the Options page under Preventing junk email select Safe and blocked senders.
  4. Select Safe senders.
  5. Enter the email address support@classroom24-7.com in the text box.
  6. Select Add to list.
  7. Our email address will now be added to your list of safe senders.

AOL Webmail

If you find support@classroom24-7.com in your spam folder, follow these steps:

  1. Right click the email.
  2. Select Not spam in the resulting list.

You can add emails from Specialty Food Association Learning Center to your address book by following these steps:

  1. Open the email from support@classroom24-7.com.
  2. Select the show details link next to the email in the From field.
  3. Select Specialty Food Association Learning Center.
  4. Select Add contact.
  5. Add support@classroom24-7.com to the name fields
  6. Select Add contact

Comcast

If you find an email from support@classroom24-7.com in your spam folder, follow these steps:

  1. Open the email.
  2. Select the "not spam" icon No icon .

You can also add support@classroom24-7.com to your address book by following these steps:

  1. Open the email from support@classroom24-7.com.
  2. Select on the button at the top left of the email that says + Add to Address Book.
  3. This will open the edit contact screen.
  4. Select Save to save the email in you address book.

If you are not receiving email from support@classroom24-7.com, follow these steps:

  1. Check your Suspect Email folder
  2. If you see an email from support@classroom24-7.com in that folder, open the email.
  3. Select Add to Address Book in the email header.
  4. Use the Address Book Editor to verify our details and select Save.
  5. Use Specialty Food Association Learning Center as our name and support@classroom24-7.com as our email address.
  6. Future emails from us will now be delivered to your Inbox.

AT&T

AT&T no longer maintains their own inbox. Instead you can find your AT&T emails at Att.Yahoo.com. Please follow the Yahoo instructions for whitelisting an ATT.net email address.

Mozilla Thunderbird

If you see an email from support@classroom24-7.com in your Junk Folder, follow these steps to add us to your address book:

  1. Select Address Book.
  2. Make sure Personal Address Book is highlighted.
  3. Select New Contact.
  4. Under the Contact tab, copy and paste the "From" address support@classroom24-7.com into the email text box.
  5. Select OK.

Norton AntiSpam

Follow these steps to remove Specialty Food Association Learning Center from the Blocked List:

For Norton 360:

  1. Select Settings.
  2. Under Detailed Settings, select AntiSpam.
  3. On the Filter tab, next to Blocked List, select Configure.

For Norton Internet Security:

  1. Select Settings.
  2. From the Network tab, select Message Protection.
  3. Under AntiSpam, next to Blocked List, select Configure.
  4. In the Blocked List window, select Specialty Food Association Learning Center and select Remove.
  5. Select Apply and then OK.
  6. If you do not find Specialty Food Association Learning Center in the Blocked list, go to next step.

To add Specialty Food Association Learning Center to the Allowed List:

For Norton 360:

  1. Select Settings.
  2. In the Settings window, under Detailed Settings, select AntiSpam.
  3. On the Filter tab, next to Allowed List, select Configure.

For Norton Internet Security:

  1. Select Settings.
  2. In the Settings window, on the Network tab, select Message Protection.
  3. Under AntiSpam, next to Allowed List, select Configure.
  4. In the Allowed List window, Select Add.
  5. In the Add Email Address window, from the Address Type drop-down, select the address type.
  6. Add Specialty Food Association Learning Center, and then select OK.
  7. In the Allowed List window, select Apply, and then select OK.

McAfee Products

While McAfee has removed spam protection in thir latest Anti-Virus software, you may still have a version that offers spam filtering. If so, follow these steps:

  1. Open McAfee and select Web & Email Protection.
  2. Select Anti-Spam.
  3. Select Friends list.
  4. Add Specialty Food Association Learning Center to your "Friends List".

Trend Micro

If our email is moved to the Spam Mail folder, follow these steps:

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook.
  2. Select the Spam Mail folder and select "legitimate email detected as spam".
  3. Select Approve Sender.
  4. Select Yes to confirmation adding our email to the approved sender list.

Cloudmark SpamNet

Cloudmark filters email based on content footprints. To assure our email has not been mis-identified as spam:

  1. Select Cloudmark | Options... from the Cloudmark SpamNet toolbar in Outlook.
  2. Select Advanced.
  3. Go to the Whitelist tab.
  4. Select the Add button.
  5. Enter Specialty Food Association Learning Center.
  6. Select OK.
  7. Select OK.
  8. Select Yes.
  9. Select OK.

SaneBox

SaneBox is not a filter, but a filtering system trained by you. To train SaneBox to accept our email, follow these steps:

  1. Open your Webmail or Gmail where you use SaneBox.
  2. Open your @SaneLater folder.
  3. Find an email from Specialty Food Association Learning Center or support@classroom24-7.com in @SaneLaterand drag the email to your Inbox folder.

Spam Assassin

Spam Assassin is administered by your server administrator so you will need to contact them and request that they whitelist email from Specialty Food Association Learning Center (support@classroom24-7.com) to your user_prefs file.

Barracuda Networks

Follow these steps to remove emails from support@classroom24-7.com from your quarantined list:

Whitelist Quarantined Senders:

  1. Barracuda emails you a daily summary that show quarantined emails.
  2. Open the email from Barracuda.
  3. Locate support@classroom24-7.com or Specialty Food Association Learning Center and select on the word "Whitelist" to the right of the email title.
  4. This will open your list in a web browser.
  5. Select the box to the left of the email and select "Whitelist".

Whitelist Senders and Domains:

  1. Open your web browser and log in to your Barracuda homepage.
  2. Select the Block/Accept tab.
  3. Select Sender Domain Block/Accept and enter the our domain name (support@classroom24-7.com) to be whitelisted.
  4. You may want to add Specialty Food Association Learning Center as a comment to remind you why you allowed this email.
  5. Select Add.

SPAMfighter

Highlight the email from Specialty Food Association Learning Center with the email address support@classroom24-7.com and select More in the SPAMfighter Toolbar. Then select Whitelist. You can then choose if you want to whitelist just this email or the whole domain. We recommend whitelisting the whole domain.

Mail Washer

  1. Select Tools, then Blacklist & Friends.
  2. Select Blacklist & Friends.
  3. Select Add.
  4. Make sure Plain email address is selected.
  5. Enter support@classroom24-7.com.
  6. Select OK.

ChoiceMail

  1. Open ChoiceMail
  2. Select the Senders tab
  3. Select Approve another Sender.
  4. Enter support@classroom24-7.com.
  5. Select OK.

Spam Sleuth

  1. Select File.
  2. Select Configure.
  3. Select the Friends category.
  4. Make sure Active is checked.
  5. Enter support@classroom24-7.com on a line by itself in the entry field.
  6. Select OK.
